“Chaotic Neutral” is a textured abstract painting on canvas, created with fine and coarse paste combined with Farrow & Ball paints.

With this piece, Samuel set out to capture the same expressive energy and dynamic painting techniques found in his previous works, while exploring a softer, more neutral colour palette. Through flicking, brushing, and sponging four carefully selected shades across his signature textured surface, he has created an elegant and atmospheric composition that brings depth and character to any interior — particularly neutral spaces in need of subtle texture and movement.

The Farrow & Ball colours featured in the work include Broccoli Brown, Stony Ground, Shaded White, and Mouse’s Back.
