Terrain

Terrain is a 70cm x 70cm abstract composition made using plaster, acrylic and liquid paints.‍ ‍

It is based on my cacti series and was one painting from a 4 painting commission from a friend.

I love the combination of textures, the thick plaster against the liquid paints.

‍ ‍I named this Terrain because its details look like a satellite view of a distant landscape.‍
