'Coming Undone' is a modernist style contemporary abstract painting that uses strips of canvas, gesso and black and white acrylic paint stretched over a wooden frame.
This painting explores deconstruction and layering as a means to create texture. I usually include a lot of colour and use clay or plaster to gain a raw texture, however for this painting I wanted to use only layers of canvas along with black and white paint.
Coming Undone was an experimental painting which has successfully created a beautiful composition that is suitable for a modern styled interior.
Like all of my paintings, it includes free delivery and is shipped ready to hang with fixings and wire already attached
