Left Hand Green, named after a command given in the game Twister, is a colourful textured abstract painting using cracking clay and acrylic paints on canvas.
Samuel layered the cracking paste on a stretched cotton canvas measuring 101cm x 76cm before painting on multi-coloured spots.
He then used a brush to flick the same colour paints over the surface and edge, creating a dynamic and energetic composition that radiates joy.
Inspired by similar paintings Clown Party and Colourfest which are both available in his shop.
Left Hand Green measures 101.6cm × 76.2cm and is fixed within a black stained oak framed measuring 104.6cm x 79.2cm x 3.5cm
