Sea Foam
Sea Foam is a sea inspired multimedia abstract artwork created using foam, acrylic paints and spray paint on wood.
Samuel disassembled a wooden palette and created the surface for Sea Foam by sawing, sanding and fixing strips of the palette together.
Sea Foam is finished with a varnish to give a slightly glossy texture, highlighting the beautiful texture of the wood and foam.
Blue tones are used across the piece creating a vivid, eye catching wall hanging with white spray paint brightening the composition and adding another texture element, reinforcing the sea foam theme.
Sea Foam measures 39cm x 56cm x 9cm and is ready to hang with brass fixings and wire attached.
